FOR HOW MUCH: THE NATIONAL CONGRESS HAS SANCTIONED THE FOLLOWING LAW:

DECCRETA:
ArtA-arse 1A ° †" Power is authorized Executive to contract at the Central Bank of Bolivia or any other institution of credit, an undertaking up to the sum of SIX MILLION BOLIVIANS (Bs. 6,000,000,†") To the conclusion of the road of cars between RA-os-Salinas-Tariquá-to a point of the Pan-American Highway (in the Department of Tarija), with an interest and legal depreciation within the margin of tax credits that determines the law of May 20, 1947.
ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The placement of this project will be made as the needs of the work require it, and the following resources must be guaranteed and served:
With 70% of the tax on the loan Vial corresponding to the Provinces O ' Connor and Arce and 40% corresponding to the Capital and Cercado of the Department of Tarija.
With the taxes created to this object by laws of 11 June and 13 and 24 November 1947.
With the tax of Bs. 10.†" to be paid by the buyer for each head of cattle, vaccine-horse that is extracted from the indicated Arce and O ' Connor provinces.
With the annual subdue of Bs. 100,000.†"to be entered from the year 1949 the National Budget in its A-tem corresponding to" Road Works " according to Law of October 5 and November 13, 1947.
With others, resources that can be created in contribution to this road.
ArtA-ass 3A ° †" These taxes will be deposited by the Internal Revenue collection offices, in a special account in the Office of the Central bank of Tarija, in order of the Comité of Provincial Public Works that will be in charge of the administration of the job under the direction of the office of Public Works and the intervention of the Comptroller-to Departmental.
