LAW OF DECEMBER 30, 1948 THE BEER TAX. â €"the fee to the Prov. Laoyza, Department of peace, Distriba º replaced in several public works."
ENRIQUE HERTZOG G. Constitutional President of the Repašblica as National Congress has enacted the following law: the Congress national DECREES Arta-culo 1a ° â €"resource to the Prefecture of the Department of La Paz, collected by the tax to nico to the beer according to the law of 19 October 1945, share part which corresponds to the Loayza province" , is distributed in the following manner, for the management of 1948: forty percent (40%) for the construction of hotels in Luribay and Sapahaqui;
Ten percent (10%) for drinking water in Sapahaqui Captación;
Fifteen percent (15%) for the construction of a temple in the same population;
