For The National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" The Mayor's office is authorized to Municipal de Pasorapa, Second Secciance of the Province of Campero, to place an undertaking up to the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND BOLIVIANS (Bs. 500,000.†') In the Central Bank of Bolivia, within the limit of credits assigned by the State, or other institution of credit of the paA-s, for the purchase of a motor of electric light and its installation in the town of Pasorapa, under the interest and services

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" For the service of amortisation and interest of this undertaking, it is intended:

The total return of the tax to the chicha, recognized by law of 17 November 1947;

The surcharge on the municipal tax of Bs. 10.†" on sales of livestock male cattle and Bs. 20.†"of female cattle;

It is taxed with Bs. 1.a €" the liter of wine and alcohol and with Bs. 0.50 on spirits, elaborated in the Pasorapa canton.

ArtA-ass 3A ° †" The referred funds will be deposited in the Agency of the Central Bank of Bolivia of the city of Cochabamba, in particular that it will be called "Service of the Electricity of Pasorapa" and managed by the Mayor-to Municipal of Pasorapa with the intervention of the Comptroller-a and the General Direction of Water and Electricity.
