THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" LevA ¡ ntara la reserva establecen sobre la explorarón y dizário de las ruins de Tiahuanacu, únically para que el Ministerio de Educación y Bellas Artes inicier mediante elementos táccnicos la reconstitucionión de ese Pre-historich monument.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The archaeological pieces that are on the ground or subsoil whatever their quality may not be transported for any reason outside the jurisdiction of the population. The person or persons working against this provision shall be considered to be subject to the criminal laws.

ArtA-ass 3A ° †" All parts which cannot be located on the ground or which are in danger of being lost, shall be deposited in a special museum that will be in charge of building the Ministry of the branch to the promulgation of the present law.

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" The pieces that are found by private individuals will be delivered to the Ministry of the branch, the which, according to the value of the finding, will give a pecuniary prize for a to the sum of twenty thousand Bolivians (Bs. 20.000.â€) ; you will not be able to retain these pieces in your power for any reason.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
