ArtA-culo 1A ° †" AutorA-zase a la Prefectura del Departamento de Tarija to proceed to the sale in public auction, after expert appraisal, of the land of fiscal property called Nacareapé and Alto de los Sarsos, located in the Chimeo Cantonese, from the Province. O ' Connor, in the indicated Department, to invest its product A-ntegro according to the Law of September 27, 1945, in the construction of the temple of Entre RA-os, capital of that Province, which was destroyed as a result of its use as a barracks, Hospital and ammunition depot during the Chaco War.
ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The investment of these funds produced by the auction referred to in the previous article will be made by the Committee of Works Public of the indicated Province under the intervention of the Control-to Departmental.
