For how much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-cull 1A ° †" Facultó al Banco Minero From Bolivia to establish exploration and mining exploitation works, in the Provinces Nor and South LA-fish of the Department of PotosA-, by means of contracts of lease or constitution of joint societies of co-participation according to the terms, conditions and other modalities that establishes the Directory of the Bank, after approval of the Executive Branch.
Article 2A ° †" Persons who have discovered minerals in the indicated provinces, shall necessarily obtain, lease or company contracts as referred to in the Article first of this law.
ArtA-arse 3A ° †" The Mining Bank does not may conclude contracts of lease or joint ventures of co-participation with foreign mining companies in the zones prohibited by Article 19 of the State-Law Constitution, under penalty of nullity.
Article 4A ° †" Declare the expiration of all the requests that had been made before the tax reserve, except those that obtained approval of the demarcatory and possesory measures.
