When the acquisition of materials, tools, machines, spare parts or products in general, corresponds to a certain mark, with a single selling firm, and the value exceeds the sum of ten thousand Bolivians will not be necessary the call for proposals, being sufficient the authorization of the Board of Alcoins of the Reconstruction of Sucre.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" In the call for proposals, their opening and its acceptance, the Board of Alcoins of the Reconstruction of Sucre will be subject to the norms established by the Decree Law of 22 May 1939 in all that it concerns him.
