LAW NO 1393 LAW OF DECEMBER 10, 1992

JAIME PAZ ZAMORA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

For the Honorable National Congress, it has sanctioned the following Law: THE HONORABLE CONGRESS NATIONAL, D E C R E T A: Article Primero. Crease el cantón PORTO NEQUETA in the jurisdiction of the province Carangas of the Department of Oruro, understanding within the new jurisdiction the communities of: Choquethanka, Joronco, Orkho Orkhoni, Girakollu uma, Rosapata, Irpoko, Silla Sillani and Takhauá. Article Second. The limits of the new jurisdiction are: to the north with the province Totora; to the south with the canton Huaylamarca; to the east with canton Pacajes and to the west with the province Totora. Article Third. The Military Geographical Institute, according to Art. 6to. Of the D.S. 2282 of 5 December 1950, it is responsible to carry out the delimitations, to raise the plane and to fix the respective milestones.
