CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1.- It is erected in canton of the Province Pacajes to the communities Pahaza, Sique, Taracollo, Condoraca and

Condoraca Jumita, designating as its capital to the population of Rosario. The cantonal limits will be those of the communities indicated.

Article 2.- In accordance with Article 6 of the Supreme Decree of 5 December 1950, the Institute

Military Geographic is responsible for its delimitation.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for Constitutional Purposes
