For the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:


D E C R E T A:

Article 1. The urban development on both sides of the Cochabamba-Quillacollo road, extension of the

Avenue 14 of January of the city of Cochabamba, will be planned exclusively by the Planning Directorate under the Municipality of the capital of the department of Cochabamba. This provision will also apply to all first-order routes that depart from the capital to neighboring populations, within the limits that will be determined by the H. Municipality, in each case.

Article 2. The Municipality of Cochabamba will have control over the formation and development of new centers

towns and existing ones within the department, especially those in the Valley area, giving preference to the land not suitable for cultivation in order to place new populations.

Article 3. The subdivision and leos of real estate, within the areas listed in the articles

, will be approved by the H. Municipality of Cochabamba. The transfers of land and houses, within the same limits, will be visadas by the technical dependencies of the Commune, after consultation, if necessary, with the Departmental Direction of the Riegos, before making the corresponding protocolization in the Notaries and Register of Royal Rights. The Notaries and the Register of Royal Rights, will not give course to private transfer documents and documents that lack this requirement under penalty of responsibility.
