CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. Authorize the Department of Public Works of Potosi to contract a loan or credit of
Bolivians twelve billion or its equivalent in American dollars (Bs. 12,000,000,000.-) in the Central Bank of Bolivia or any bank of the country guaranteed and covered with the royalties of the mining products that correspond to the mentioned department.
Article 2. The loan will be allocated to the execution and conclusion of the public works of Potosi, capitals of
provinces and main cantons of the aforementioned department, giving the following priorities in the city of Potosi, conclusion of the public central market, light and energy electrical, water catchment, sewerage and paving work. In the capital cities of provinces and major cantons, catchment of drinking water and electric lighting.
Article 3. The service of the borrowing will be made within the limits corresponding to an 8% depreciation and a
