Law N ° 71 law of 5 January 1961 VICTOR PAZ ESTENSSORO constitutional the President because, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress, D E C R E T A: article 1.-as a tribute to the armed forces of Bolivia, the issuance of postage stamps of different values, which must be attached to all correspondence that is issued in the territory of the Republic is available or out of it by land or air.
Article 2.-These stamps will carry the heading:? Tribute to the armed forces of Bolivia?, and will be edited according to the following detail: mail terrestrial 400,000 stamps of Bs. 350.-200,000 "" "600-200,000""" 1,000-200,000"" "2,000.-AIRMAIL 150,000 stamps of Bs. 400.-150,000" "" 700-90,000 "" "2,000.-90,000" "" 3,000.-Article 3.-the postage stamps honoring the armed forces of Bolivia, will be put to circulation, immediately after the broadcast to be delivered.
Article 4.-The funds that are recaudaren as a result of the issuance of postage stamps:? Tribute to the armed forces of Bolivia?, will fully benefit box of military pensions, which will feature such income as reserve and forecast?
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
