VICTOR PAZ ESTENSSORO

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Elevate to law range the supreme decree No. 03374-2 of April 30, 1953.

Article 2. The minimum wage for gastronomic workers, as referred to in Articles 5 and 6 of that decree, shall be fixed by direct agreements between employers and workers and intervention by the Ministry of Labour. and Social Security, for having been overcome the minimums that are established in the merituada disposition.
