For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" AutorA-zase a la AlcaldA-a Municipal de Punata, extend the undertaking referred to in the Law of 29 October 1948, up to the sum of TEN MILLION BOLIVIANS (Bs. 10.000.000.), in the Central Bank of Bolivia or another institution of credit, with the interest and amortisation of current in plaza, destined for the conclusion of the following works:

â€" Sewerage, paving and construction of the

ArtA-cull 2o.†" For the attention of this undertaking, point (b) of Article 2A of that Law of 29 October 1948 is maintained, and the yield of the tax on the chicha is raised to thirty percent (30%), refers to (a) of the same.

ArtA-ass 3o.†" Previous resources They shall be deposited in the "Municipal Punata Board" account at the Central Bank of the city of Cochabamba, and administered by the expressed Municipality, under the supervision of the Comptroller General's Office.
