CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA

For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °â€ "For the construction of Schools in the different towns of the Ingavi Province, the following resources are created:

a) Bs. 2.a €" over liter of drinking alcohol that occurs or consuma in the same district;

b) Bs. 0.20 on soft drinks bottle is consumed;

c) Bs. 5.a € "for all vehicles and Bs. 10.â€" for any car that enters or leaves in the provincial jurisdiction;

d) Bs. 5.†"per head of cattle, Bs. 3.â€" for pigs and Bs. 2.†" for sheep that is extracted from the Province.

Article 2A °â€ " The application of these resources will be realized taking into account the urgency of the need for each population.

ArtA-arse 3A °â€ " The collection of these resources will be in charge of the industries that are expenated the beverages and of each of the Boards of Public Works that will be organized in the different populations, the ones that will deposit in the Departmental Treasury in the special account to be opened, regardless of any other.

ArtA-ass 4A °â€ "The Prefecture of the Department will take charge of the technical and administrative aspects.

ArtA-ass 5A °â€" Once the school buildings, these resources will be distributed proportionally among the different populations for other public works.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
