Single-ass.†" The Central Bank of Bolivia, until the fifteenth of December of each year, through the Ministry of Finance, will raise to the consideration and approval of the Executive Branch, the project of the revenue and expenditure budget, accompanied by the report that contains the relevant estimates of the balance of payments.

Communal-be to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
