ArtA-ass 1A °â€ " Funds raised in compliance with the Law of January 3, 1949 are intended for the construction of a Children's Hospital in the city of PotosA.

Article 2A °â€ "Concluded the construction of the Hospital of Nià ± os the resources indicated to this object, will serve for the maintenance of the indicated Hospital.

ArtA-arse 3A °â€" The construction will be in charge of the Prefecture of PotosA-, with the intervention of the ContralorA-a and the corresponding technical bodies, both in planning and in the construction.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
