For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 3o.†" This tax is from the departmental cter and will benefit the Municipality in the capital and the Municipal Boards in Provinces. These resources will be collected by the offices under the General Administration of Internal Revenue, Departmental and Municipal Treasury, the same as those that will be deposited in special account in the Central Bank of Bolivia to the order of the Municipality in the amount raised.

ArtA-culo 4o.†" From the funds coming from this law, the Municipality of La Paz will receive 70% and the remaining 30%, which will be distributed equally among the Municipal Councils of the provinces.

ArtA-ass 5o.†" The share that corresponds to the Municipality of Peace by this law will be invested in the city's sanitation, not being able to be available for another purpose under its sole responsibility.

ArtA-culo 6o.†" The Municipality of La Paz is authorized to hire an undertaking in the Central Bank or institutions of credit of the country or abroad, or to issue bonds, with guarantee-a of these resources up to the amount of the works assumed in each case.
