LAW NÂ ° 234 MAMERTO URRIOLAGOITIA H. President constitutional DE LA Repašblica as: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress DECREES: Arta-culo lo.a€ "it is said to be crime of speculation, contrary to the Treasurer-a popular, all increases in illegal price of sale, the Ocultacia³n, grabbing, agio, the Reexportacia³n of Arta-culos of essential consumption, the use of sugar car or molasses imported the differential change Paa-s , in the distillation of alcohols and, in general, all infringement to the provisions legal that regulate the exercise of the trade in the Paa-s.
