CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1o.†" The Banco AgrA-cola of Bolivia in order to facilitate long-term loans in the promotion of the agricultural industry, may issue and negotiate mortgage letters with garantA-to real estate (a) the rules laid down by the General Law of Banks. The issuance and income of those duties will be exempt from taxes.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The mortgage bills of Banco AgrA-cola, may be admitted in garanta-a of loans granted by institutions of credit, as for (a) to provide for contracts for the execution of works, personal services and other commitments to tax authorities, which are authentic and semi-authentic.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
