For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

DECRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" The funds referred to in Article 6 of the Law of 18 October 1948 will be deposited by the Mining Bank of Bolivia, in particular that the institution will open it at the Bank of Bolivia. Central under the name of "INDUSTRIALIZACIA ACCOUNT" N "ORURO".

ArtA-ass 2o.†"The funds of the" Oruro Industrialization Account ", cannot be used for any other purposes other than those prescribed by the Law of 18 October 1948.

ArtA-culo 3o.†"The movement of the" Oruro Industrialization Account ", will be carried out with the companies responsible for the Minister of Economy-a, Comptroller General of the National Organization and General Manager of the Mining Bank of Bolivia.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
