Single-ass.†"The Article 198 of the General Banking Law is supplemented as follows:

"ArtA-cull 198.†" As of the date this Law enters into force, the product of all mortgage loans made by mortgage banks will be delivered to the cash-holders; and they shall pay the interest and commissions in cash: and the ordinary or extraordinary redemptions in cash or in mortgage letters of the same series and type of interest, and shall be deemed to be
