CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA

For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ArtA-cull lo.†"The following taxes are created and allocated to Public Works of the Province" Abaroa " of the Department of Oruro: (a) 1/2% on the value of any sale of minerals in general off-two in the province; b) 20 cents per bottle of beer produced in the province.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The above resources in respect of the (a) mineral resources shall be discounted by the Mining Bank in the case of sales made to or through the Bank, and by Customs when exports are made directly by the producers. As regards the beer tax, the bricas will be in charge of their collection.

ArtA-culo 3o.†" The taxes for both concepts, that is for the levy on minerals and on beer, will be deposited monthly by the entities in charge of their collection in the Central Bank of Oruro in special account order of the Comité de Works PAºblicas de Challapata, and both the Minero Bank and the Customs and the beer factories will send each month to the same Comité, liquidations of the collections made.

ArtA-culo 4o.†" The Committee of Works Challenges of Challapata in agreement with the Prefecture of the Department and the Departmental Directorate of Public Works, will determine the necessary works and investments will be made with the intervention of the Comptroller-A.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
