Constitutional President of Repašblica because: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress DECREES: Arta-culo Aºnico.a€ "approves the Convention on rights and duties of States in cases of civil strife, signed at Havana on 20 February 1928 by the Bolivian Plenipotentiary ± pray Josa © Antezana and Adolfo Costa Du Rels" , with the occasion of the sixth International Conference of American States.
