CONSIDERING:
That the Law of September 29, 1932, created the Supreme Court's rule and organization, establishing its division. in two Chambers, to learn separately the civil causes of the criminals, administrative and social;
That by means of the Regulatory Decree of January 30, 1937, it was made in the Courts of the capitals of the Department, in civil and criminal matters.
What such provisions apart from procuring and obtaining The greatest speed in the dispatch of the causes, tends to the specialization of the magistrates in the civil and penal legislation, administrative and social;
That it imposes the need to extend such division in the other districts of the Repainsblica;
WITH THE AFFIRMATIVE OPINION OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS,
DECCRETA:
ArtA-ass 1A ° .†"The Superior Courts that consist of five Vocals or more in their internal rule, as in the organization of its Chambers, shall observe the provisions of the Law of 29 September 1932 and Decree Regulation of 30 January 1937.
Article 2A ° .†"Article 5a of the Decree of 30 January 1937, as far as the vote of causes is concerned, in the Courts constituted by five Members is amended in the following terms. "In order for there to be a resolution, two uniform votes are required in each room; the president who will compose one of them should intervene in the other in case of discord".
ArtA-arse 3A ° .†"The Cortes that are composed of three Vocals They shall continue in accordance with the rules of their constitution.
