CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†"It will be built, in the capital of the Republic, the departmental stadium called" Patria " in the grounds of the Delicias that acquired from Rogelio Arce the Comité Pro-Stadium of that city.

ArtA-ass 2A ° .†"To the construction of the" Patria " Stadium the following resources are allocated:

a) The product of the sale, in public order, of the current field of sports known by Detachment 111, in lots or plots for building, having to acquire the Municipality of the Capital spaces for the public.

b) The additional tax of five Bolivians (Bs. 5.†")

c)

laggard income corresponding to taxes on direct or indirect inheritance prior to 1949 in the department of Chuquisaca.

d) Seventy percent (70%) of all pro-sports taxes and pro-national championships that are paid in the same department.

e) The tax of fifty cents (Bs. 0.50) per kilo over all beef leather and twenty cents (Bs. 0.20) per kilo on lower cattle leather, which leave the department of Chuquisaca.

f) One per thousand (1 or/oo) on the value of goods ra-ces in all deed of transfer of ownership, be it by sale, hereditary succession, legacy, donation or any title, which is subscribed to in that department to be paid by the buyer.

g) The tax on the performance of the public, established in the Law of 1A ° of December 1916 and the Supreme Decrees of 19 September 1921 and 2 of February 1940, which is charged in that department.

h) Ten percent (10%) of performance of the tax created by Supreme Decree of 20 July 1936 and Law of 4 July 1938, referred to in the Supreme Decree of 4 May 1939, on the income of the real estate located in the department of Chuquisaca.

i) Pro-stadium taxes of ten cents (Bs. 0.10) on kilo of ajA-and of a Bolivian (Bs. 1.†") on the quintal of maA-z or flour that is exported from the department of Chuquisaca, created by Supreme Decree of 20 May 1938, which doubles to twenty cents (Bs. 0.20) and two Bolivians (Bs 2.†") , respectively.

j) The tax of half percent (½%) on any contract of sale of automobiles, trucks, vans, jeeps and motorcycles that are made in the department of Chuquisaca to be paid by the buyer or acquirer.

k) The one percent tax (1%) on the value of any passage that is issued in the air transport agencies of the department of Chuquisaca.

l) The allocation, which will not fall from five million Bolivians, that will grant the Comité de Reconstrucción de Sucre for these same works.

ll) 20% above all admission of ticket collection at the "Patria" stadium from the moment it can be used.

ArtA-arse 3A ° .†"A" Comité Pro-Estadio Patria " is organized, with autonomy and responsibility, integrated by the Prefect of the department, as president, the President of the Municipal Council of Sucre or his representative, the President of the Sucre Foot-Ball Association or its delegate, the Chief Engineer of the Department of Public Works and a Delegate appointed by the Comité National of Sports, as vowels, who will be in charge of the investment and administration of the funds and the construction of the stadium, corresponding to the supersurveillance of the works to the officials of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Works.
