For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†"Art. 25 of the Notary Act of 5 March 1858 is amended in the following terms:

" Art. 25.†" The scriptures shall be signed by the parties, the witnesses and the Notary. When the parties do not know or cannot sign, they will sign another person to pray for them and the digital printing will be made mention these circumstances at the end of the writing ".

ArtA-ass 2A ° †"The granting of all kinds of private documents by the illiterates will always be made in the presence of two witnesses who know how to read and write and also subscribe to the foot, outside the person who signs to request, and with the digital printing of the illiterate contractors, without whose requirements these documents will be null.

ArtA-ass 3A ° .†"Derolbe all the above provisions.
