CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
For: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.
DECRETA:
ArtA-culo1A ° †" AutorA-zase to the Prefecture of the Department of Tarija to contract an undertaking up to the sum of six million Bolivians (Bs. 6,000,000,†") , in any institution of credit, for the conclusion of the CA and the third floor of the Palace of Justice of Tarija, with the maximum interest of 6% per year

33% of the amount of proceeds from sale of sealed paper and transaction fees sold directly or cashed by certificates in the Tarija Judicial District;
