CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†"For the construction of the Luje-Poroma, Sucre-Talula and Yotala-Quilaquila roads, including the bridges over the Totoacoa and Cachimayo rA-os, the following are created Resources that will be distributed equally among these three works:

a) Elevation of 0.30 cents of the tax on bottle of chicha made in the Province Oropeza, for commercial purposes, tax created by Supreme Decree of 17 October 1939;

b) Tax of Bs. 10 per motor vehicle Enter or exit any of the roads in the same Province;

c) 5% Recargo above all passage in vehicles entering or leaving on the same roads;

d) Tax of Bs. 10 per hundred kilos of sawn wood, sleepers or callags, which are extracted from the said Province;

e) Tax of Bs. 20 for every thousand tiles or bricks that are extracted from it;

f) Tax of Bs. 2 per quintal espaA ± ol of lime or extra-two plaster of the Province.

g) Tax of Bs. 5 per cent of caA ± a hollow hollow of the same.

Article 2A ° .†" The previous arbitrations will be deposited in the Agency of the Central Bank of Bolivia of Sucre, in special account that is called "Construccionar road roads Luje Poroma, Sucre-Talula and Yotala-Quilaquila" and its investment will be made by the Committee of Public Works of the Oropeza Province, composed of the Subprefect, Municipal Mayor and two notable neighbors designated one by Yotala and another by Poroma, with the intervention of a Delegate of the ContralorA-a.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
