DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A °â€ " The debtors and taxpayers of national, departmental and municipal taxes accrued, may pay them without interest or surcharges, until 15 October of the present year. After this period of time, the recovery will be effected, coactively and with the penalties determined by legal provisions in force.

ArtA-arse 2A °â€ " The interest and surcharges provided by the article first, not includes fines imposed in accordance with the Law of 29 December 1944 and Supreme Decree No 3496 of 18 September 1953, in complaints and letters of charge for the fraud of tax purposes.
