DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass nico.†" Encomiednase to the Ministries of Peasant and Agriculture and Livestock Affairs, organize within sixty days of the date, in collaboration with the Service The Inter-American Agra-tail and its specialized Directorates, a "INDUSTRIAL AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE" in the provinces of Nor and Süd Cinti of the Department of Chuquisaca, with participation of small and medium-sized farmers, as well as peasant workers, destined for intensive and industrial cultivation in Large scale of the vine, production of alcoholic beverages in general, fruit desiccation, installation of a factory of preserves and elaboration of glass containers, necessary for the installation of an integral industry with all the details Technical specifications, calculations, drawings and indication of the necessary machinery to this effect.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
