ArtA-culo 1A °â€ " In compliance with the OrgA Law of Customs, the Sub-Administration of Customs of Santa Cruz, is elevated to the category-a of the Customs Administration with own jurisdiction.

ArtA-ass 2A °â€ " For the consequent purposes the Executive Branch appoint the respective personnel.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
