CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

BECAUSE: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" Crate the" General Directorate of Social Protection for Women ", under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, in order to ensure the faithful fulfillment of the legal provisions that favour the female population of the population.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" Under the Presidency of the Director General of Social Protection for Women, a Council composed of representatives of women's entities organized on a national scale will work.

ArtA-ass 3A ° †" The Council will advise the General Directorate on the fulfilment of its aims, as in the permanent orientation of women in the relations of work and other activities aimed at improving moral, economic and culturally.

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" The Executive Branch regulate this Law, organize this new service according to the recommendations approved by the United Nations and International Conferences.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
