CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

BECAUSE: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" Consol-A-dase in favor of the respective owners, the land acquired by private individuals of the" Santo Cristo " Mining Company before being shown by the company Municipality of Oruro, giving legal fees for payments made to the company.

ArtA-arse 2A ° †" The acquirers who would have paid only part of the value of the lots to the" Santo Cristo " Mining Company, will pay the balance to the Municipality of Oruro, which can be extended by the respective domain, save the rights of the Municipality to manage the return of these payments.

ArtA-Aculo 3A ° †" The sale of urban lots carried out by the Municipality of Oruro, in the reinvited lands of the" Holy Company " is approved. Christ " and others, until the date of promulgation of this law.

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" The indicated Oruro Commune is authorized to dispose, according to the law, the lots of the referred property and others, which would not have been transferred to third parties.
