BECAUSE: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" AutorA-zase a la H. AlcaldA-a Municipal de Quillacollo, of the Department of Cochabamba, to effect the cessation of a THOUSAND five hundred square meters (1,500) of surface area in the lands of municipal property that you own in the region of Liriuni, in favor The "Manaco" Fril Union and for the construction of a sanatorium and recovery spa for the workers and family members of the indicated Union.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" As it is a cessation that will result in the health benefit of the workers, whose industry contributes directly to the Municipal Treasury of the Quillacollo Province, the cessation of the 1,500 m2. will be made free of charge.

ArtA-Aculo 3A ° †" The Fril Union" Manaco " will start in the deadline of an year of the construction of the Sanatorium and Spa of Recovery, with sufficient capacity and dependencies being able to take advantage of equal conditions with the existing Municipal Spa, the thermal and mountain water of the place.

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" It is expressly determined that the surface given will be in the part and adjacent in which it was build the old thermal housing and baa.
