The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass nico.†" According to the article 19 of the State Policy Constitution, the development and exploitation of the State is declared of national necessity, by means of the capital concurrency Foreign private, of the Yacuiba structure (Madrejones, Bolivian sector) and any other that could exist in the A area of 43,800 hectares defined in the Supreme Decree No 4645 of 13 May 1957, and situated within fifty kilometers of the border with the Republic of Argentina. To this effect, it will authorize the Executive Branch, so that through the oil fields of the Bolivian Tax-Ferríos Fiscales, it will subscribe the corresponding contract for the development in joint operation, in accordance with the provisions of the article 161 of the I say of the Oil.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
