The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° †" Libase of tariff and consular taxes all imports of construction materials that are not produced or manufactured in the paA-s, whose nomenclature will be determined by the Ministry of Finance and Statistics.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" The construction buildings and those that are built in the future will be exempt from the payment of the national and municipal cadastral tax and the income. Likewise, the tax of plus-vala-a when the transfer of the property is effected directly from the builder to a third party.

ArtA-Aculo 3A ° †" The releases provided for in the articles 1A ° and 2A ° shall be valid for ten years. (a), from the date of promulgation of this Law.

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" The Executive Branch shall regulate this Law.

Communal-be to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
