The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law;

NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" AutorA-zase al Comité de Obras PAºblicas de Santa Cruz to hire an internal or external undertaking up to the sum of 15,000,000. of $US (American execution of the urban works of the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra with the garantA-a of the gifts of hydrocarbons that correspond to the said Department.

Article 2A ° †" The service of the undertaking shall be made within the limits corresponding to an 8% annual depreciation and 4% annual interest.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" For the service of the necessary undertaking for the financing of the urban works of Santa Cruz and with charge to the gift-as of the petroleo of the Department, the State through the Oil Fields Bolivians or other entities that exploit petroleo, will advance the sum of a million $US annually as a minimum.

ArtA-arse 4A ° †" AutorA-zase to the Treasury Department of Santa Cruz to put on its own, the controls that it deems necessary in the mouth of the oil production of the Department.
