For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" AutorA-zase à la Prefectura y alcaldA-a Municipal de Sucre, la contrataría de un empra stito en los bancos nacional o extranjeros o en entities de crédito del exterior, hasta la sum of five hundred thousand dollars or its equivalent in national currency, with the garantA-a of the departmental and municipal taxes, as of the actions that the mayor has-to Municipal in the FA of Cement.
