CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA

For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °â€ " In compliance with the Supreme Decrees of 10 February 1944 and 31 March of the same year, elevated to the Law range by the 4 January 1945, and the Prefectural Autos of 8 October and 15 September 1948, the goods that constituted the State are reversed to the State The property of the successor Juan C. Becker, and the value of his cadastral value must be deposited with the Judge corresponding to the date on which the expropriation was decreed in accordance with the Law of 25 October 1944.

ArtA-arse 2A °â€ "The price of the expropriation will be charged to the A-tem of State Obligations.

ArtA-arse 3A °â€" The buildings, dependencies and accessories located in the city of La Paz, are destined to the University Tupac Katari. The mines and dependencies will pass to the Mining Corporation of Bolivia, for its exploitation according to the laws that govern the matter. The remaining assets will be allocated to state and charitable organizations, in the form determined by the respective Regulatory Decree.

ArtA-article 4A ° †" The Judicial Branch, according to Law, will determine the persons or entities that they must perceive the value of the expropriation, continuing the Ministry of Public Health and the Fiscal Entities, the corresponding action in safeguarding the rights of the State and managing the establishment of responsibilities against those who improperly retain or have retained the assets of the successor at the same time as pursue the return of illegally perceived fruits if there is a place to do so.

ArtA-ass 5A ° †"The expropriated assets, shall be immediately available to the State according to the existing inventories.

Article 6A °â€" The Executive Branch shall regulate the best application of this Law and shall also determine the participation of the complainants, if any.
