For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

DECCRETA

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" While an Agency of the Agricultural Bank of Bolivia is organized and installed in the city of PotosA, the creation of a Supervisa Office is available for perform in the department of PotosA-the operations relating to the referred Credit established in Decree Law 3839 of 23 September 1954 and the operations of Crédito Agra-cola de la División del Servicio Agra-cola Interamericano, in accordance with the agreements signed between the governments of Bolivia and the States United North America.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" The Superintendence of Banks and the Board of the Agricultural Bank of Bolivia, will authorize the operation of the indicated Departmental Office of the Supervised Credit in the city of PotosA-, under the dependency of the Department, with the supersurveillance of the respective Agents.

ArtA-ass 3A °â€ " In the other districts of the Republic, where there are no Agencies of the Agricultural Bank of Bolivia, the operations of the Supervisa Credit will be realized by Central Bank of Bolivia.
