CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For How Much: The National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °â€ " You declare of necessity and utility the expropriation of furniture belonging to the Suc. Hoctor Baldivieso of the city of Tupiza, which is provisionally occupied by the Mining Bank of Bolivia.

ArtA-culo 2A °â€ " The building is destined for the operation of the Secondary Night School Enrique Baldivieso and the Professional School of Sà ± oritas.

ArtA-ass 3A ° †" The emerging expenses of this expropriation will be charged to the Ministry of Education's Budget for the 1960 Gestition.

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" The Prefecture of the Department of PotosA-, will fill the formalities prescribed by the Law of December 30, 1884 for the effects of the expropriation.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
