FOR HOW much, the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†" AutorA-zase to the Prefecture of the Department of Cochabamba, so that It will contract a five hundred thousand bolibanos, in the Central Bank of Bolivia or another institution of credit, to the establishment of a power plant to provide light and services derived to the city of Tarata.

ArtA-ass 2A ° .†" The consequent demarches and administration of the funds, will be carried out by a special Comitâ© composed of the Subprefect, Municipal Mayor, Rroco of Tarata and two notable neighbors of the locality, designated by the Prefect of the Department.

ArtA-arse 3A °. †" The service of interest and amortisation of this loan, served by the percentage of the muko tax, corresponding to the province of Tarata, recognized by Law of 12 September 1938 and Decree-Law of 15 November 1939.

ArtA-ass 4A °. †" Any embezzlement of the funds or their application on objects other than the establishment of light and energy-to power, will be of the joint responsibility of the members of the Comité.
