Whereas, H. National Congress has enacted the following law: the National Congress DECREES: Arta-culo 1a °. â €"author-used to the Prefecture of the Department of Cochabamba, to make it retract an Empra © stito of five hundred thousand bolibianos, in the Central Bank of Bolivia or other institution's credit, with destination to the establishment of a plant electric to provide services to the town of Tarata and light."
