FOR HOW much, the H National Congress, has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °. †" Crate in Concepcionio, capital of the province of the Department of Tarija, a Water Driving Board that will have the administration of funds deposited in the Subtreasury of the city, with the intervention of the Comptroller-A, and will be composed of two neighbors appointed by the Mayor. Municipal of Tarija and the provincial authority of the province.

Article 2A °. †" The studies, plans and technical management of the works will be in charge of the Departmental Representation of Public Works that will execute them according to the Board.

Article 3A °. â€" The work will consist of a channel for regadA-or water-drinking water service starting from the RA-or Camacho finish in Concepción.
