ArtA-arse 1A °. †" It is erected in Third Municipal Seccional, the Mojocoya Cantonese, of the Zudaà ± ez province, from the Department of Chuquisaca.

ArtA-culo 2A °. †" The capital of the new Municipal Sección serA ¡ la Villa de Mojonoya.

ArtA-culo 3A °. †" The Executive Branch will command the delimitation of the new Municipal Section.
