Whereas, H. National Congress has enacted the following law: the National Congress DECREES: Arta-culo 1a °. â €"the heads and officers, veterans of the Paca-fico or Benema © rites of the homeland, which have not been able to qualify for the benefits of the Jubilacia³n by having left the service, is Jubilara n having A-ntegro immediate top grade to which it obtained to his retirement from the army, in accordance with the scale of pay of active duty in the budget of the year 1941 with."
