ENRIQUE PEA'ARANDA C. CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAŠBLICA.
Whereas, H. National Congress has enacted the following law: the National Congress DECREES: Arta-culo 1a °. â €"the 60 percent of the revenues collected by customs from Copacabana and Parquipujio, for the years 1941 and 1942, goes to the Captación de aguas potables and installation of light electrical in the sanctuary of Copacabana.
Arta-culo 2a °. â €"this Recaudación will be funds from deposited n every month in the nation's Central Bank, current account, the order of the Board driver of these services will be organized as follows: President the prefect of the Department.!!"
Vice, the Mayor of Copacabana, Secretary the notary public from that town, three vowels will be n elected by the neighborhood in General Assembly.
Arta-culo 3a °. â €"the work of the Board will be n regulated by the Executive branch."
Arta-culo 4a °. â €"salaries and expenses that require customs guards of Copacabana and Parquipujio, will be n attended by the Directorate General of customs, in accordance with the General budget and without undermining the percentage assigned by this law to special purpose."
