FOR HOW much, the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-ass 1A °. â€ " The supreme decrees of 24 May 1939, are raised to the rank of law, 7 and 14 March 1940.
ArtA-ass 2A ° .â€ " The eviction trials shall be dealt with only before the investigating judges, in accordance with the law of 27 December 1882 and Article 4A of the Law of 31 October 1883.
ArtA-ass 3A ° .â€ " The rent collection trials will be followed by the ordinary courts by the vA-a and the formalities that the law will follow, according to its quasi-a.
ArtA-arse 4A ° .â€ " The provisions of the Code and Civil Procedure relating to the matter remain subsisting.
ArtA-ass 5A °.-â€" All trials that are pending before the housing courts will pass to knowledge of ordinary judges in the state in which they are located.
