THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†" Crate, in the province Sud Chidos of the Department of PotosA-, the second municipal and judicial section, with the cantons of Villazón, Chagua, Berque, Cassira, Sarcari, Chipihuaico, Sococha, San Pedro de Sococha, Moraya and Mojo.

ArtA-culo 2A ° .†" This second section will have the capital of the town of Villain who will also be a judicial seat.

ArtA-ass 3A ° .†" ConsA-gnase, in the Budget of 1941, Service of Justice, the necessary items for the installation and operation of the Court of Instruction of the Second Secciation of the province Sud Chacís.
