EVO MORALES AYMA

PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with the 10ª attribution of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Loan signed on 16 March 2010 by the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Export? Import Bank of China (Export and Import Bank of China? EXIMBANK), for an amount of up to YuAN281,000,000.-(TWO-HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-ONE MILLION YUAN), destined to support the financing of the? Project of Equipment of the Engineering Battalion?.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-two days of the month of May of the

year two thousand ten.
